On Saturday we went to the Rec Center so I could do my training and Mike took the kids swimming. I finished my workout and they still wanted to swim. I think they were so excited to be in the pool in January, since that only happens in AZ!! The big splash you see is Carter's cannonball. I just caught the end of it!
This was me while I was waiting for the kids to grow tired of the pool! Nice red face, you can see I was working hard!

It looks like they had a great time. My kids love to swim, I should take them more often. I think Derek & Ashlee are doing swimteam this summer. Would Sam be interested?
We need to take our kids swimming! I totally forget about that activity when it's negitive 10 outside! I'm excited for your fitness goal! You go girl! Maybe I'll do one with you! Hey, you need to teach me how to do the picture/collage thing! Have a great week my friend!

You could just come down for a visit and we all could sign up for a triathlon. The Moore boys need to get out anyway. Gotta love the red face......thanks mom and dad for passing that on to us.
